The title "Qvest is an idea whose time has come" is both something we at Qvest believe, and a quote from Kristian Aa Rasmussen, Head of Organizational Performance at Maersk Drilling. Kristian made the declaration when he spoke at a Qvest Masterclass in October 2018.
The idea is that if leadership truly wants to know what is on the mind of their employees, they must enable their employees to ask the questions. Control does not necessarily sit with the top, and the way leadership is thought of needs to change.
